[Fr. Yoon’s Pocket Homily]
“And it was night.” (Jn 13:30)
유다가 예수님을 배반하던 때를 요한복음사가는 밤이었다고 알려줘요. 빛으로 오신 예수님 곁에 있었음에도 불구하고 유다는 가장 어두운 영적 밤의 상태에 있었어요. 하지만 예수님께서는 십자가 위에 높이 들어올려질 영광스럽게 될 때가 왔다고 말씀하시죠. 사랑하는 여러분, 만약 유다와 같은 영적 어둠 속에 있다면 십자가에서 드러난 예수님의 지극한 사랑에 우리를 열어드려요.
