모든 것을 아시고 사랑하시는 하느님,
당신께서 졸리엣 교구에
베풀어주신 축복에 감사드리나이다.
지난 75년동안 저희는
믿음에 기초를 두고,
증인으로 부르심을 받았으며,
봉사하도록 파견 되었습니다.
당신께서
저희 가운데 함께 계심에 감사드리고,
저희에 앞서 살아 간 이들의
삶과 봉사에 감사하는 마음으로,
저희는 그들과 저희,
그리고 미래 세대에 맡겨진
이 사명을 계속해서
수행해 나갈 것을 다시 다짐하나이다.

75th Anniversary Prayer
All-knowing and loving God,
we give you thanks for your blessings upon
the Diocese of Joliet.
For 75 years, we have been
founded in faith,
called to witness, and
sent forth to serve.
In thanksgiving
for your abiding presence among us,
and with gratitude for the life and service
of those who have gone before us,
we recommit ourselves
to carrying out this mission entrusted
to them, to us, and to future generations.
Relying on the intercession of our patron,
St. Francis Xavier,
may our diocese continue to be a source of hope
for the Church and all peoples,
now and in the years to come.
We pray this in the name
of Jesus, your Son
by the power of the Holy Spirit.
